Notes

  • Taken into the protective world of X'ysahtu, she was raised among the spirits and other WoRs who had been chosen by X'ysahtu. The time within the ashen field is remembered as nothing more than a glimpse of chaotic debris, her memory of the sweet songs of the spirit's call one that soothes away any memory of the danger she had been in.
  • Like all the others who were taken in by this planet, she was eventually bonded to an earthen spirit, and it manifested itself in the form of a coil of glowing tree-root and leafy growths. At the moment the bonding process was completed her once deadly mutation (her blue fire burned so hot that it constantly flickered to white and burned not only herself but caught everything else on fire) was tamed into something she could control. The flames were now restricted to her body, unable to spread and burn away the nearby plantlife or cause harm to her makeshift family. But the flames still shifted between burning extremely hot, and freezing cold temperatures, causing her to be wracked by bouts of fever and hypothermia whenever the flames would shift their temperature. The flames no longer burn her, but her own climate change can leave her momentarily dazed by the sudden shift.
  • The flames on her body can be put out by water, but only if the water falls from the sky or is created by someone else. Rain is deadly to her because the spirits of the sky haven't blessed her with their protection, whereas sitting bodies of water do not effect her. The flames being put out would be painful, and leave her in a state of helplessness as her body requires the flames in order to move.
  • When the flames are hot, they can burn others to a crisp in seconds. When they're cold, they leave icy trails of frost and can flash-freeze anyone who touches them. (This, of course, does not include the others of X'ysahtu who are immune to her mutation.)
