Slayer Training

Class Elemental Rank Level 1 (Air) Electrical Frenzy - Causes an explosion of electrical currents to flood an area, electrocuting and paralyzing all enemies in an area, and killing the weaker ones instantly. Can be used to paralyze the corrupted creatures beyond the Border, but will only slow down Shade Warriors. Substance - Turns the Slayer into a current of air, effectively turning the Slayer invisible and temporarily removing it from the hazards of battle. Gravity's Embrace - The force of gravity is made unbearable upon enemies and targets, causing them to be unable to move as air currents push them downwards, and crush them slowly. Strength of Air - Causes the air that the Slayer breathes in to be charged with magical energies, so that it's physical strength and stamina is increased and restored. It's strength is expanded to such a degree that it is then able to cause bones, earth, and whatever else gets in it's way to shatter on impact.

Each passing day was pushing Arcenciuul closer and closer to the oblivion of the shadows. Darkness was creeping in fast, and soon he would've been lost to the cold embrace of nothingness. Cutting it dangerously close, Omen arrived just before the shadows could completely devour him. He offered, somewhat grudgingly, to help Arcenciuul control his powers. He explained to the cub that he was a Nameless One, one who could teach a Gifted how to control their power. But Arcenciuul had been without a trainer since the magics started to manifest, and not even Omen could completely train him - or the other Gifteds of his year - to completely settle their magics. He had to give him an amulet - which is wrapped around his left wrist - to allow the magics to be controlled. This amulet is always concealed by wafting shadows, and will only ever work for Arcenciuul. It acts as a focus for his untamed magics, allowing him to control the shadows at will, but if it's ever removed the amulet will no longer hold the magics back and Arcenciuul will once again be consumed by the shadow magics.

He can mindspeak, but can only read the minds of those who have their thoughts open to him. His wings are fully flight-capable, but he's young so they're not fully developed just yet. He was born under the Winds of Nascence, so he's a Gifted who has been blessed with the magic of Shadow. Gifteds are generally swept up by a Nameless One when they're really young, before their magics can get so out of control that they start to manifest. Since no trainer has shown up yet, those magics have begun to manifest in the physical world. Right now they're shadows that rise from around him, like tendrils of thick black smoke, that seem to increase in number and reach each day. Eventually they'll overtake his form completely, consuming him in darkness...
